Due to the finding of 2 European Grapevine Moths (EGVM) in Lodi, the area has been placed under Federal quarantine. The quarantine encompasses a 5 mile radius around the find- approximately bordered on the north by Peltier Road, on the east by Jack Tone Road, on the south by Morada Lane and on the west by Davis Road.

All growers in the quarantine area will need to be under compliance agreements with the Agricultural Commissioner’s Office before the grapes may be harvested and move from their vineyards.  In addition, harvesters, trucking companies and wineries handling grapes in the quarantine area must also be under compliance agreement.  Agricultural Commissioner Staff will be on hand to issue compliance agreements.
